Top layer 1/2" blended felt and 1/4" orthopedic grade felt##1/2" memory foam middle layer is extremely conforming and temperature-sensitive. It continuously molds and conforms to the shape of the horse's back then rebounds to its original shape when pressure is removed. This minimizes pressure points and relieves body stress. It is "open cell", allowing airflow in and out of the cells and pulling sweat away from the horse. 1/4" closed cell foam bottom is antifungal and antibacterial and allows the horse's back to cool itself Cut out through the leg area to allow close leg contact for a better feel.
